Dear customers and partners, please kindly note that our different branches and warehouses will have different holiday schedules during the Mid-Autumn Festival and China National Day period.
尊敬的客户及合作伙伴：中秋节、国庆节假期临近，各分公司及仓库将根据实际运营情况安排不同的放假时间。近期如有货物需要入仓、装柜、订舱或安排出货，请尽量提前安排。
Because warehouse receiving, loading, customs preparation, airline bookings, vessel schedules and local trucking may all be affected around the holiday period, early shipping preparation is strongly recommended.

Before the holiday period, warehouse receiving, consolidation, container loading, airline space and vessel schedules may become busier than usual.
节日前通常是集中出货高峰期，仓库收货、合箱、装柜、订舱、航班及船期都有可能比平时紧张。
If your cargo needs to leave China before the holiday, please do not wait until the last one or two days to send it to the warehouse.
如果希望货物在节前安排出运，建议尽量提前入仓，不要等到放假前一两天才安排发货。
What May Be Affected During the Holiday?
假期期间哪些环节可能受影响？
Not every shipment will be delayed. However, during major holiday periods, upstream factories, truck drivers, warehouses, customs-related operations and carriers may all work on different schedules.
并不是所有货物都会延误，但是节日期间工厂、仓库、司机、报关、船公司、航空公司等不同环节的工作时间可能不完全一致，所以建议预留更多时间。
If You Are Buying from Taobao, 1688 or Multiple Suppliers
淘宝 / 1688 / 多供应商采购客户注意
If your goods are coming from several suppliers, please ask each supplier to send cargo earlier. One late supplier may delay the consolidation of the whole shipment.
如果你是淘宝、1688或者多个工厂一起采购，尤其要注意：只要其中一家供应商晚到仓，整票合箱出货就可能被拖后。
Please also make sure every carton has the correct customer code / cargo mark before delivery to the warehouse.
同时请提醒供应商，每件货物外箱都要写清楚客户代码或唛头，方便仓库快速识别、分拣和合货。

Will International Shipments Stop During the Holiday?
假期期间国际运输会全部停止吗？
Not necessarily. Cargo that has already departed by sea, air, rail or truck may continue moving according to the carrier's schedule.
不一定。已经开船、起飞、发车或者进入国际运输环节的货物，一般会按照船公司、航空公司或铁路运输计划继续运行。
What may change is the warehouse receiving schedule, loading arrangement, customs preparation, domestic trucking and customer service availability before departure.
真正需要重点关注的，通常是中国国内收货、仓库操作、装柜、订舱和节前截单时间。
Should I Ship Before or After the Holiday?
应该节前发还是节后发？
If the cargo is urgent or connected to inventory replenishment, sales promotions, factory production or project deadlines, shipping before the holiday is usually safer.
如果是急货、补库存、电商销售、工厂生产配件或者项目货，能够节前安排的尽量提前安排。
If the cargo is not urgent, waiting until normal warehouse operations resume may sometimes provide a more relaxed shipping schedule.
如果货物本身不急，也可以根据实际情况节后再发，避免全部挤在节前高峰期。
